All of us are judgemental, it is in our nature to be judgemental. However, our judgements sometimes go to extreme levels. We don’t even realize how fast we judge. Judging (forming an opinion about someone or something based on thoughts, feelings, evidence, and sometimes based on our preconceived notions about someone or something) others helps us to feel as though we are secure. The problem is not judging others, the problem is too often we pass judgements without a lot of context, which often is negative some way or the other.
